Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been received.
During busy periods, such as holidays or sale events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery via The Courier Guy.


Shipping Times

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, from large cities to small towns.
Typical delivery times are:

  • Major cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days

  • Regional or smaller towns: 3–5 business days

  • Rural or remote areas: 5–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, local courier schedules, or unexpected delays such as weather or strikes.

Whether you’re ordering one item or several, your delivery is always on us.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel through The Courier Guy.
You can also use the tracking link available on our Track Your Order page to stay updated on your delivery status in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Address Details

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout.
We cannot change delivery addresses once the parcel has been dispatched.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.


Delivery Delays

We do our best to meet the delivery timelines stated above, but delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (for example, high shipping volumes, bad weather, or courier backlogs).
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us — we’ll look into it right away and provide an update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll open an investigation with The Courier Guy and work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
We’re working on expanding our delivery network in the near future — stay tuned for updates.
